Jungle Trek Day 1 On the Friday we headed off to the market to get some supplies before setting off to the jungle to start our trek! We arrived in Chiang Mai a bit later then we thought as the train was delayed! So we just quickly headed to the hotel to freshen up and then went to the Doi Suthep hill top temple which is up about 300 odd stairs, well worth it though as the views from the top are absoloutely amazing! On the Wednesday we head off to Ayutthaya, which was the former capital of Thailand and did a bit of sightseeing! We woke up early in the morning and headed for Kanchanaburi War Cemetary before heading to Erawen Falls! The war cemetry was unbelievable it was so well kept an clean, they must of had atleast 10 people going round cutting the grass and just making sure the place was tidy. On the second day of the tour we got up pretty early had breakfast then headed off on the coach to Kanachanburi!
