Day two has arrived we wake up at around 10am both slept straight through was shattered from the excitement of our first day. We find out it is South Africa's Mother's Day today so Happy Mother's Day Mummy Gail & Marion. Gert takes us through some of his photos. There are a ton of rugby photos and then some of when he was in the war down this way! He gives us a lift down to the V & A Waterfront which we find out is known as the Victoria & Alfred Waterfront not the Victoria & Albert as many believe it is called (This can also be an educational blog!) We are hoping to go up Table Mountain but it is closed due to strong winds so we have some lunch and spend the day walking around and chilling. Dan recognizes a restaurant that he went to when he came on a rugby tour 9 years ago ,he apparently met a girl & had he's very first kiss here he of course must tell me this!! (lead balloon anyone??) There is an electric quartet Group playing a 1 hr. set called Sterling EQ STUNNING girls and the music was good too. We head back to Gerts for Dinner, watch a movie & then hit the sack as we are cream crackered.
