30 mins! it's a market and there are a few locals doing their day to day business. Didn't like it though, it's too much like a people zoo and I don't think it's right to swarm people while their eating and blind them with flash bulbs. Not so for the other tourists. Favorite part was splitting a fresh coconut with Dan and playing with the fat fuzzy street puppy. I picked my carved "mushroom" Buddha from here. Interesting wares: #1. snakes pickled in alcohol, you take shooters of the drink to cure various ills. It's a ship in the bottle deal with the artfully arranged snakes because the bottle necks are so narrow. #2. Snakes blood in bottles. Shooters for this one as well. #3 Preserved and mounted blue lobsters in fancy boxes reminiscent of Snow Whites coffin........?????
