Hehehe this was me earlier hahah... Well it was nearly just not on them big waves!
I am absolutely knackered! But had a great day.
Yesterday I went Kayaking with wild dolphines, it was unreal had a fantastic time! We had to keep stopping as about four dolphines were following us and circled my kayak, I was so excited I wanted to touch them, but I didn't!!! The instructor wouldn't let me!
I went to bed at 7.30pm last night, I slept right through until 9.30am haha. I couldn't move my arms this morning but I had to as we were surfing on Rainbow Beach at 10.30am for 4 hours solid, it was class. The instructor called me Steady Luke!!! He said I was a natural! He said 'I can tell you ride horses!' What the hell was he on about! Well I'm not stupid anyway I know what these aussies are like hahaha. I was pretty impressed with myself though, I stood up on the board from my second go. The waves were small and easy but a great place to learn how to surf. I am definately going to try it everywhere we go now and hopefully be a pro before I come home. I'm going to definatley visit Cornwall now, to try out my new found sport.
Well there has just been a huge storm here with hailstone and lightening it was mental, but now its sunny, so going to go for a jog along the beach with some Grimsby lads that are in our dorm, they are cool! I might as well be in England or Ireland, I reckon half of the Irish population live out here! And is there anyone left over there in England! hahha. Met a lad from Belle Isle as well, hahaha mental...We are going to Noosa tomorrow, so might have a Goon night tonight (thats what us backpackers call the cheap wine over here) after my 1 week detox! Impressive eh for a backpacker! I don't need AA after all!
Lots of love Danielle XXX
