Hey, us three got the early morning Kiwi bus with a driver called Buzz, a Moari driver which was cool. We got to the ferry, which is the biggest Ive ever seen or been on, its the interislander ferry. We sat right at the front and I looked out to sea to spot dolphins, I saw two seals which dissappeared by the time I tried to point them out to sarah and claire. I then started to feel a bit sick, and claire went to the toilets cus she didnt feel well. I rested my head on the table for a bit but then suddenly felt like I was going to throw up so I went and joined claire- and so begins our next two and a half hours of sitting on the floor and hogging a cubicle in the toilets! Ferry sickness, yikes- we changed from boiling hot to freezing cold, had a wierd headache, felt sleepy and constantly like I was about to throw up, which I didnt in the end. Claire wasnt so lucky. Loads of old women kept coming in and asking if we were ok and giving advice bless em. My legs were mega shaky too. Felt way better when we arrived, in time to see the hilly Picton town, stunning fjords.
After we got off we were sraight onto our kiwi bus with Buzz, after a bit I felt sick again and had to sit there and endure it til we stopped an hr and a bit later. We had lunch at marlborough sounds, the south isand is stunning- huge steep hills rising out of completely flat valleys with windy rivers
