Yesterday ended up being a bit of a nothing day. We were up reasonably late and headed off to do washing again. Following that we searched for an Internet cafe to print our flights for the next month. It took a fair amount of time but we eventually found one after getting some sketchy directions from a Spaniard. We printed what we had to and headed back to our regular pub for dinner and the PS3 tournament. Unfortunately hardly anyone was there so they didn't end ...

It was close to lunch time today by the time we left our hotel. I was looking to get a haircut and had been given directions for a €6 barber not far from where we were staying. We wandered down towards them and came across a supermarket. Fruit was something we haven't had for awhile and something we were both craving so we stopped in and loaded up on food for breakfasts, lunches and snacks. Their supermarkets are not anywhere as brilliant as ours so we lined up...

We arrived in Barcelona last night and caught a bus in to the city. We were dropped off in Catalunya Square right in the heart. The place was a sea of people in every direction which is never great when you've got a big backpack on. We located the main street La Ramblas and were at our hostel within 5 mins. We were up early for our free breakfast. We knew our last day in Amsterdam would have to include the Anne Frank huis. After studying it when we were younger (I did read most of it) it was something we had to see. It is a very moving place. It is so sad what these people had to go through from the cruelty of 1 man. The house is a lot bigger than we were expecting but I guess pretty cramped when 8 people were hiding there. Will read the book again in the future and...
