Today Mary decided to make us an excuse to do some exercise. We walked through a lovely area of the Santa Monica mountains into Temescal Canyon. The hike was not long but there are some pretty steep sections to walk up. It did not make me feel great to know that I was struggling on a walk that Miranda has done many times before! Today, Mary drove us to the Camarillo factory outlets, about an hour away from home. This is like DFO on steroids. Three massive outdoors malls of designer brands most offering very good discounts on clothes. Nadia was very excited! In order to get to and from without hitting too much traffic, we gave ourselves about five hours to get through it all. You would think that would be enough. Well not so much. We got most of the clothes we needed, but realistica...

Arrived at LAX yesterday and collected rental car. Spent afternoon/evening at home with Mary, Adrian, Miranda and Jude. Today we all headed to the park where Miranda practiced her bike riding and then we hit the mall with Adrian. After lunch we went down to Santa Monica, looked at some shops and strolled down to the pier where Nadia, Mary and Miranda rode the Ferris Wheel. Finished off the day with Dinner at a very nice Mexican restaurant.
