Sry, internet and time are not easy to find. Bull fights aren´t in Barcelona, that´s Madrid. I didn´t really like the vatican museum, the same old fresco stuff I´ve already seen, and the sistine chapel wasn´t all u hyped it up to be. But the Cathedral was amazing, so huge and ornate. I can´t post any pictures here so hopefully I´ll be able to in Madrid. I also didn´t meet any nice Italians, they were all pretty much jerks, and now I´m kinda ashamed to be half Italian. The food in Barcelona is amazing, Paella is the best. I´ll write about that in my journal entry, which I can´t post now either b-c these computers dont have usb ports, so if I find more time I might write something.
Mom
Danny dear,
Since I haven't heard from u in 6 count them 6 days I know that u must be dead because my danny would have written by now. Unless u have turned into Nick and feel that your parents ,who are paying for this trip around Europe and the rest of your education ( if u have any more),don't need to know any thing about u. Just kidding did I have u worried I know u weren't concerned. How bout that for a run on sentence! I see u have alot of free time in Barcelona so I hope there is a bull fight u can see there and maybe a internet cafe so u can get this message. Love u little boy & remember that Sun. is Father"s day! MOM

Danny, the pictures you took of the old town in Italy, Dad and I went there too. You didnt tell me how you liked the Vatican museums or the Sistine Chapel. You didn't say how you like Florence. You're not telling me all the fun you're having, but I think you're telling Nick cause he's not telling me and he says you're telling him stuff and I feel a little left out. So in the future just CC me all of Nick's emails. What does that hand symbol with the ring finger down mean? Nick wont tell me, and I know it's nothing bad he's just being a jerk. Do you know what I mean? Grandma wants to know if you've met any nice italian people yet. And are you telling them your name is Jillio not Giglio cause grandma doesnt want you to be embarassed, as if the hookers give a damn what your name is (Oh by the way, Nick's typing this if you can't tell, but I said damn). Oh by the way, father's day is coming up and Nick is taking care of the gift. So far he's come up with a card, if that's all he can think of hopefully he'll leave your name off his pathetic attempt at a gift. We leave in a week for our trip, sooo if ya need to ask anything or tell us anything do it soon otherwise we'll hear from you in oxford.
Now that your finally sick of the art, how bout a more fleshed out story of your adventures...you know, like the hookers, or what all you did at the pubs, random stuff you see, etc. If I wanted to read about art or architecture I'd get a book, I wanna hear about the fun stuff that occurs while your supposed to be learning about art. Tomorrow's Italy's first game, that should be a fun trip into the streets. Take care, sorry I haven't posted in a while, I "blame the girlfriend." I'd say something else but mom reads these damn things.
Danny
Sry, unfortunately no pics of the hookers, but believe me you don't want to see these chicks, they were pretty nasty.
Uncle John
Hookerville, Pimps?? Finally something I can understand and have some interest in, and all you can write about it is that one lousy sentence??? Let's hear more about the trash in Italy and pass on all the history and architecture. Looking foward to photos of Italian Hookers! :)
Dad
Danny--I just got back from a trip I had at Jekyll Island. Getting cuaght up on your journal and photos. At Jekyll Island I saw some REALLY old stuff. Like built in 1890- 1920. O yeah, thats not old by your standards. Anyway, looks like you are still having a graet time. Are you ready to come home yet?? On to Florence. Say Hi to David for me.There are Giglio's all over the place there. --Love--Dad

Danny don't u just love Italy--U have great heritage. The churches are beautiful beyond words. Are u going to come back here and go to our shacks we call churches. It really makes u appreciate all the work it takes to keep these churches up when u see the ones that are showing their age. I love all the piazzas and fountains, don't u. The beautiful rbuilding W the columns and iron horse and carrige on top and fountains we walked and saw it at night and is spectacular but by the time u read this there will be no more nights in rome. So go and enjoy florence. U really may not want to see the Pitti Palace cause u've seen all this unbelievable art and architecture u're whole trip. Can't wait to hear u're take on the Vatican. LOVE U
Danny
Mom, we finally got onto another bus coming back from Hookerville, we didn't talk to them b/c their pimp was nearby. Trevi fountain was beautiful, but the Spanish steps nearby was ruined b/c they had scaffling around the whole church at the top of the steps. The colosseum was also pretty cool. Today's the Vatican so it should be the best of Rome. Ana, post some pics on facebook and hopefully I'll be able to check them out. O mom, the debit card and credit cards are fine and I still have a little cash, atms work fine so I'm good.
Ana
Hey! looks like your still having an incredible time over there. Like Smelley said, RCD was a blast!! you were missed a lot, I believe, by how much people talked about you and that "pirate game" or whatever. As of now, I'm in the cayman islands, which is also beautiful!! I'm still trying to keep up with your pictures and stuff every once in a while, but its kinda confusing... leave it to me..haha but i'm glad to hear that you're doing well, but its time for dinner out on the balcony! you will have to see some of my pictures when you get back to the states. God bless!!
Ana
