well hello everyone. how you all doing? the time has finally come for me to leave oz!! i thought i would write this now as the next couple of days are really busy. me and mat are leaving for thailand on sunday arvo.i'm excited and disappointed that have to leave as it feels like home here now. met some good friends and have settled right in to the ozzie life. it will be sad to leave. we are going out for a meal tonight with some close friends to a local restaurant just down the road. friday we start to clear the house,our friends have bought the good old commordore!! i put it in the qoukka which is like the free ads. they started ringi ng at 6am and had about 6 phone calls between 6 and 7. i was to pleased to be woken up!! some of you know what am like in the morning!! the phone has'nt stopped ringing all day. cheap car for $750 with rego aswell!! hence all the phone calls. if it did'nt go me and mat were just going to leave it at the airport!! but that is not the case. saturday is the day we hand the keys back. so up early and start scrubbing!! we both have so much stuff!! mainly clothes so we both got big suitcases and going to the airport to send them to new zealand and pick them up from there. we will probably have another suitcase full coming back from thailand!! saturday night is the grand finally!! where else are we going but the good old stanny arms!! why not!! so you know what we will be feeling like sunday morning!! anyway thats enough of me. i have had an absolute ball while being in oz. from arriving in brisbane from fiji last june.meeting mat my mate from the palace and the good old down under bar,meeting adam and paul there also and adam i will never forgot. you calling me a wide boy and you the champagne backpacker!! our time picking f***ing zucchinis in bunderberg!! meeting the girls from brum,you darlings from there we all travelled up to cairns and laughed and drunk all the way!! frazer island,whitsundays and not forgeting the woolshed!! then it was time to leave them and fly to meet mat at sydney and then on to perth,where my life has been for the past 9 months. i loved every minute of it. all the people i've met on the way aswell your all great. when i do adventurely get back to the the uk we will all have to meet up. well ta da for now and i'll see you in thailand al aka alfie or albe xx
