Ouch. Gorgeous views and an amazing climb but my thighs are not going to be happy with me tomorrow .

Got in late(ish) and set out to find my hostel (though they are called pensions here). Found it pretty much right away owing to the fact that the town is pretty much 3 streets. Cute little place and my own bathroom, yay! Once that was done, out to find 2407 Mountain Activities to arrange a hike for the next day. Well, there's only one hike and it's a full day one up to the Taygetos Mountains and the peak of Elias. We'll see how it goes I guess.

Another day, another bus station. Sitting in the Sparta terminal right now, waiting for the bus to take me to Kalamata where I then need to take bus to my final destination, Kardamyli. Oh well, at least this route is supposed to be one of the most stunning views in Peloponnese.

Arrived in Napflio late today and set about finding a place to stay. Found the one I wanted after a while. The Hilton it is not but clean and cheap work. Headed out for dinner and gelato and failed to find wifi again. Two Internet and gaming cafes, yes, but no wifi. Really? A lot more crowded here than Hydra but I guess thats to be expected. Tomorrow I head out on a day trip to Epidavros... that's the plan anyway, we'll see how it goes.

Went to see the ruins of Mycenae today. Pretty amazing how long that's been around. I am so glad I took an early bus though because off season or not by 1 o'clock there were more tourists there than I wanted to deal with. I've decided I am so not a tour group person. I was going to try and fit in Epidavros today as well but seeing as the bus I need to Tripoli leaves tomorrow at 8:30, I'll spend the rest of the day relaxing in Napflio and if I really want to, I ca...
