Just arrived in Santorini. Spending the night in Fira before moving on to Oia. Headed out to lunch with Cindy after which we are headed for gelato and an exploration of the town. Check out the view from lunch...

Whoops, missed a day there. Headed to the Palace of Knossos outside of Heraklion yesterday with Jess, a girl I met at the hostel, clicked because she gets the whole book thing. Went to lunch there at an awesome place and then headed back to the hostel while she headed on to her next destination. Today I was planning on heading to Preveli beach with Jane, Cindy, and Claudia....we missed the bus, lol. So instead we ended up chilling out on the beach in Rethymno and...

Arrived in Rethymno today and headed for a proper hostel. Not my fav, but for the first time I'm running into other backpackers so that ought to liven things up. Already been out exploring because the next two days are for exploring the surrounding areas and hopefully a ferry to Santorini on the 3rd or 4th depending on the ferry schedule. For now, out to dinner!

Hiked the Gorge today. Beautiful but freakin hot out! By the time I go home I'm almost going to be ready for snow! Just waiting on the ferry now, and one last night in Chania. Still haven't decided which town I'm moving on to next but I'll figure that out tonight when I sack out by the waterfront for dinner.

Long travel day yesterday and got in to Hania late, but I found a place to stay and a very cute little place at that. Today was for exploring the town, which included an awesome lunch at Portos (means doors in Greek) and a swim at the beach. Now out to the agora for dinner and a relatively early night because tomorrow morning we're heading for the Samarian Gorge!
