Left the Blackpool (Wasaga Beach) of Georgian Bay behind and set off for what we hoped would be the real Canada we had come in search of. It proved to be a long drive to the Algonquin National park but we are not disappointed with our new campsite which is on the shore of Bark Lake. A lovely wooded area with plenty of space between the pitches. We had a swim in the pool and a soak in the hot tub which soothed my aching back after the drive. In the evening we watched a glorious sunset over the lake.
