I got back from Lekeitio yesterday night, Pfffff, I had so much fun. I was nervous at first to meet family I have never known, but they were so nice. I arrived to País Vasco friday night and was picked up by Maria and her father José from the bus stop. Its was about an hour drive from Bilbao to Lekeitio and lots of curves. When I got to the familys spot we stayed up a chatted for a bit, my Uncle Augies sister had made a spanish tortilla, Hmmm. I could not believe how much she looks like my Tio, wow!

Next day I got the tour of the city, saw the port, the surfers, the light tower its a beautiful little place. Oh and then for lunch, fresh calimari, and bacalow delicious and it was made with love. Now I know what they mean when they say people in País Vasco eat well. Later that night we cruised to Gurnika along the coast and saw all the little city's along the way, it was dark but still fun. There's not enough hours in the day, and even less now that it gets dark a 6pm. Later that night we went out made friends and met more family, it was fun.

Ester was the other cousin I met, she's from Durango, also one of my uncles sister's kids. Woooo. Im so happy to know people here in Spain, family for that matter.
