Tomorrow we will be driving to Santa Monica and completing our Route 66 incredible trip at The Pier , the official end of the old road. On Tuesday we will be passengers in Nine O Nine ,a 1942 B17 Bomber for a 30 minute ride around LA. Can't wait.

Big day again. Stopped on the old Route 66 where the weekend activity is the meeting of all the owners of cars that travelled the road. I also had a shave in an old barbers chair and the vid will be on here soon. Then stopped at The Hoover Dam where the temp rose to 90 c. Travelled on into Las Vegas and the temp hit 99! Too hot for me and Al was even having trouble with his shorts on
