finally made it to italy. there wernt to many hiccups. the company i was flying with was called ryan. they have super cheap tickets but they bone you on everything else. so for example you were allowed one cary on and one check in bag. the check in bag had to be exactly 15 kilos or less. and the cary on had to be 10 kilos or less. well when i got there and weighed my check in bag it was 17.7 kilos........ and my cary on was 9 kilos. so the lady was like for every kilo over weight the bag is is 20 pounds......... ok for those of you that dont know thats more then 20 us dollars. and she was also kind enough to round up. so she said you either get rid of some stuff or pay for the extra weight. so just to do a little math for you. that would be 60 pounds. converted to us dollars is a wopping 97 dollars........ YAAA RIGHTTTT not a chance. so needless to say i was like give me a minute. and then proceded to make my cary on exactly 10 kilos. and then started giving myself more layers.... wearing unnessicary belts. gave a couple of shirts to my uncle to take back with him. i can not tell you how hot i was. i remember seeing a commertial where a family wears their entire suitcase worths of clothes and they look so rediculous. well ya thats how i felt. it was like weight cutting for wrestling all over again. brought back terribleeeeee memories haha. but ya barleyyy managed to get the weight back. and now it suckssssss becacuse im gona have to do basicallyyyyy the same thing on the way home. i cant buy anything here. if i do i have to throw somthing away of equal or greater weight haha. but anyway when i was on the plane i sat next to this couple. just had a brand new baby. the guy was actually really cool. he heard some of my music and liked it so we started talking. we talked for a wile and he ended up buying a ton of booze. got drunk and then at one point asked me to hold his baby for a second so he could mix some more wiskey into his drink...... dont ask me how i talked my way out of that one. but we landed safe. only a little bit of turbulance. not terrible. found my bus no problem. found the metro no problem. really really easy to use and its cheap. will definatly be using that alot. found my dorm. its pretty tiny but it will do. have my own mini patio. already met some new people. there are a pretty good number of people here who speak english so thats good. went out for pizza for dinner. food here is SOOOOOOOO GOODDDDDDDD. its not even fair. ill try and put up some pictures of my dorm.o ya and i fergot ti menchon. ryan air also charges you a pound to go to the bathroom on the plane..... over a dollar to use the restroom on the plane. like thats got to be against te law or somthing hahaha. what will they charge for next.
