Hi all!
For a while now, I have been haveing a little morning routine that I absolutely adore. I love waking up early and have a slow morning. I usually do a 15 minute yoga routine. Blogilates on Youtube has amazing videos, you should check her out! She has great workouts and stretches.
After, I have a tasty porridge. I add some coconut oil, a banana and some chia seeds to keep me full. I keep changing my toppings depending on my mood. Today I had my porridge with fresh, sweet figs diced up and it was delicious. I usually get some other combination ides online. Wikipedia also tella all about the benefits of porridge :)
Sometimes it is hard to wake up early, but by the time I am stretching on my mat, I already don't regret it!
