Well, we did drag ourselves away from the cafe, after sampling just the one craft beer.
We have spent the entire afternoon exploring the most amazing 4th Century Burial Chambers which probably sounds boring but really you have to have been in them to appreciate the construction and decoration. If you think about the pyramids in Egypt then these chambers are Europes equivalent but has anyone heard of them?-no; was anyone else visiting them this afternoon? -no, we had the entire complex to ourselves to explore and question at our leisure just incredible after the thousands of people in Prague.
On returning to the hotel we were pleasantly surprised by our cheap room, it is air conditioned and plenty big enough for us and all our clobber and paraphernalia! We did get a few raised eyebrows from a group of immaculately turned out people as we carried our bags, jackets and bags through the lobby/it could have been the distinct aroma that comes from riding in high temperatures!
We are off to walk the city walls before we eat this evening-there maybe a wine stop along the way-as this region of Hungary is one of the main wine
