Got up, took my bird to the station. Now filling out waitrose specs but stuck cos i dont know the origin of the tumeric in the mixed spice which goes in the carrot cake. Phoned up the supplier. She don't know either.

So I made a coffee which took longer than expected cos we're out of instant. Had to make a cafetiere. Couple of packets of scampi and lemon nik naks.

Scenery very nice today. Couple of reminders stuck on postits to me computer screen, a 12 inch shatterproof ruler, jar of ground cloves and some sunglasses out of top gun.

Thinking about nipping a la toilette. so il leave it there for now.
