I'm a bit late starting this but here's a quick summary of what I did in Sydney:

21/02/2008 - Arrived in Sydney!

22/02/2008 - Jetlagged. Free beach walk from Coogee to Bondi. Randomly met Melissa, Julia's friend from Canada. Met Natalie and Sam too.

23/02/2008 - Tried to make toast, waited 10 minutes before realising the toaster wasn't switched on. Paddy's market. Chinatown. Shopping malls. Sydney Harbour Bridge and Opera House - unbelieveable! The Rocks.

24/02/2008 - Pancakes for breakfast. Train (double decker) to Circular Quay. Ferry to Manly (little surfing town). Saw the QE2 come into Sydney Harbour for the last time and the Queen Victoria leave for the first time.

25/02/2008 - Stephen's birthday. Darling Harbour - Lindt Chocolate Cafe!! Sydney Aquarium. Climbed Sydney Harbour Bridge. Natalie and I went to see the Opera House and Bridge at night time, all lit up.

26/02/2008 - Totally almost missed the bus to the airport. Flight to Auckland.
