So Jo had apparently set her alarm for 7 as we had to catch the bus at 7.30, but it didnt go off and we missed the bus for langkawi!! We were woken up by the sounds of Cole (Bogna Regis crew) shouting through our door telling us it was 7.50!! s***e...

Luckily the hotel were quite relaxed (perhaps too much so) and while we sat there waiting to hear our fate they seemed to carry on serving breakky... eventually another mini bus came for us, which we took until we changed to a taxi (for no extra cost!) we then eventually caught up with our real minibus and then caught the ferry to Langkawi!!!

Met two random Sweedish guys on the ferry who also stayed at the same beach huts as us, we all hunted for the local nightlife and ended up in a Regee bar to begin with which wasnt too pumping!... we later found a small club which our taxi driver had recommended and we all ended up having a kool night.

The island is quite small so the next day after recovering we hired mopeds or "mop heads" (as our new Sweedish pals say) for the day and biked round the whole island! We took the gondola ride and the views were amazing, such a beautiful island!

After one of our many stops, I got back on my bike and still not quite sure what I did but as I went to turn, while moving at approx 5 k an hour I managed to fall off the bike after crashing into someone elses (which was parked). Was actually quite funny, although I did end up with a cut hand, grazed leg and yet another bruise... and a scratched bike....

The next day after managing to hand the bike back without it being checked for scratches, it was time to board another ferry and bus and head to KL.
