Hi everyone

We've so far survived 24hrs in Bangkok without getting mugged, food poisoning or conned! I'd say that's a result. We're actually having great fun, unexpectedly, after the horror stories everyone seems to tell! This update comes straight from the heart of Khao San Rd.

Malaysia was an interesting place, not quite sure what to make of Penang.

Tomorrow we're travelling to Ko Chang where we plan to stay for a week - I need to get a tan to show for all this globetrotting; I am still embarrasingly pasty with only a few weeks to go.
