Again, we were up at daft o'clock for our free breakfast - amazing sausages and hash browns!
We then headed out on the boat to Sibuan Island for our days diving. It was a bit poor to be honest as most of the coral was dead from all the dynamite fishing and there was a girl who was determined to irritate the hell out of us! She kept on banging into us and pushing to the front. We ended up hanging back for the rest of the dive and doing our own thing, even being able to see the rarest fish in the world - mandarin fish.
The best thing about the island was the people who lived on it - sea gypsies. It must have been a community of no more than 50 people who didnt speak Malay and Idonesian, they kinda had their own language going on! At lunch time all the kids came running over with huge bags of rubbish and their own plastic bags which our dive masters filled with leftovers of our food! They had made a deal with the families on the island - you keep the beach clean, you can have our food! It seems to work!
Went out with the guys from the boat and after a quick beer went back for an early night.
