Hey hey J

So another few days have passed! And they have gone way to quickly if I must say so myself. I guess that old saying "time fly's when you're having fun" really is true! At least I've made it to Germany safe and am with a friend so I feel completely comfortable.

The weather here has been really cold, but I actually think im getting used to it now :) or im just learning to wear a lot of layers. Either way, I love it here. It started snowing just a tiny bit the other day and I have actually picked up on a couple of German words. Even if it took me a few times to get the pronunciation right I eventually get there.

My friend, Saskia and I have already had the best time. We have been to the shops, met up with friends and everyone who I've met so far is so nice and lovely. And they speak English when they are around me J well most of the time. We have been to her school and ive seen a tiny part of the city from the car. Cannot wait to actually explore. Im starting to get use to public transport, and how it all works here. Hamburg actually has really good public transport.

Saturday night we just had some friends over and drank. It was actually a really fun night and was so chilled. We even got the Nintendo 64 out and played Mario cart which was awesome cause I have not played that game in ages. In a few weeks Saskia turns 18 so we can go out to some clubs so im looking forward to that :) and there are so many things to look forward to I'm so excited for everything! :)

anyways I think its about time I go watch some one tree hill in bed because I have to be up early tomorrow as im going to a German school. Yes I am a little nervous so wish me luck.
