HELLLLLLLOOOOO! Again, im sorry for such a delay, im just a lazy bast#rd, i know! but in my defence, what can you do when your having fun times, writing is not really up with with the 'wow' factor od things to do for the day, but dont fear, my morals have hit ones conscience, and i am back to inform you, my faithful followers, of my travels around this world of ours!
we continue New Zealand, with:
Episode 2: THE SOUTH ISLAND!!!! "BA BA BOOM BA BA BA BOOM"(The thunderbirds climatic effect shock soundtrack)lol
- - Nelson/Westport. well these 2 towns, after the ferry crossing to the south island, were alittle bit dull, and arnet really worth blogging about to be honest, so i'll put in in bluntly.new kiwi driver.'Kane'.no longer twatty Damo.did a walk.walked once again.did possibly another walk after that.im guessing probably saw mountain... or 4.fed some ducks.sat in most beautiful spot in world (off the point, but does anybody always think of bruce almighty when they spell b-e-a-utiful, or is it just me?) .had an apple there.it was nice.i threw the core at a duck.LOL.saw a real life seal colony.not the fake kind, but the REAL LIFE kind.i smiled
- - Lake Mahinapua AKA. THE 'POO' PARTY!!! right, so im going to set the scene: in the morning we are told today, we're finally reaching the venue of the famous kiwi experience 'Poo Party', and that the theme was, Girls-Bin Liners Guys-Cross Dressing, and at this precise moment an alter ego was formed!!!("ba ba boom ba ba ba boom"-haha lol)
so we search the nearest town for costumes, then we arrive at the venue, where we meet the legend, that is LES, an 80+ yr old dude, who has a party every night for every kiwi bus to arrive, and cooks us all steak in his castle, which i was slightly gutted when i found out it was a glorified shed he's named 'castle'! i was bored, so i decided to start drinking, with some random people from bus, and by steak time i was piss#d, which made the dressing up after so much more hilarious, just picture it, me & 'r' helping each other put each others bra's on, me in drunken state, laughing my ass off, i donned the rest of my gear on night dress an'all, put flour in me hair, slipped me sock and sandels on, had my crucifix round me neck,make-up done and.... .... ... "ba ba boom ba ba ba boom" (sorry last time i'll use it, its just amusing me ALOT) ... GRANDMA WILKIE WAS FORMED! OH YEAHHHH!!! the rest night was just a drunken laugh, everyone looked awesome. 'r' went as a middle ages women, nick as a trashy hooker, very disturbing, and 'S' and girls went as cave girls! 's' using her textiles skills looked awesome and best of the group! but really everyone looked amazing, there were few 'hooters' girls and amy winehouses, and the best thing was, all the guys all night were constantly feeling their new formed boobs, so bizarre but you just cant help but doing it! final outcome: best fancy dress party. LEGENDARY!!! - - Franz Josef: After possibly my official worst night sleep, as i didnt rent duvet and never thought possible i could be soo cold, i got an entire body cramp, we had an early start. hungover and sleepy, im just preparing too have a doze on sleep, where im called for my 2ND SKY DIVE!!!!!!! OHH YEAHHH I DID! it was fecking amazing, 100% best experience of my life, it was really cloudy, and i was little bit down hearted by that, but it ended up being awesome, as we flew through the cloud in what i have to say was the worlds smallest most unsafe feeling plane, but when strapped to parachute and your falling out of it anyway you think f#ck it, but yeah back to my point we were flying through cloud and all sudden we break out of it, to bright blue clear crisp skies, with a solid covering of cloud groud, and too my right New zealands highest mountains, snowy peeks. the scene was so unreal it took your breath away, when my turn to jump out plane, i remeber so much more, seeing the plane while falling upside down, the just admiring the view and then watching the ground of cloud coming closer and closer to me as im falling, and i can actually remember entering the cloud. was so amazing im lost words to describe it, then the parachute was up and we were gliding over franz josef glacier! was amazing, though i thought i was going to lose my penis and the straps were squashing that area alittle bit much!but it was worth it. was amazing, it made me broke, but i love sky diving so much i had to do it again!
on our free day in Franz Josef, most us did an 8hour hike, on franz josef glacier! that again was absolutely amazing, walking through ice tunnels, crevises and cracks.lol'cracks'. 8hours was long, but it was awesome walking on huge mass of ice, climbing up ice walls and eating, and exploring what we wanted. also, ice axes are awesome toys ! we had option of stripping out of our provided hiking gear (i wore my action man tshirt, cos as we know, i am the greatest hero of them all, and looked the part today) and having swim in the ice pool. naturally i declined, what kind of fool did they take me for! robin didnt come, he couldnt afford it and stayed behind baking cakes!ha - -WANAKA a nice little town, surrounded by lakes, nothing major happened there, apart from possibly the most awesomeist cinema ever, we saw crappy film to go there, but you enter and the room is full of a range of different types of sofas and chairs and cusions, there was even the front of a car sticking out of the wall, you could sit it, and they included an intival in middle film, where we had huge freshly baked warm cookies, which still doughie in middle!and it was goooooood! ah, nearly forgot, next morning we visited PUZZLING WORLD, was awesome with mazes and illusions and rooms where the faces follow you everywhere, and best of all the big SMALL room where in one corner your huge, and the opposite corner your tiny, and the slanted room, where balls rolled up the steep floor.it sure was Puzzling!
- -QUEENSTOWN!!! queenstown was awesome, and we had several days here! on arrival, the first thing we did was visit the centre site of the first bungy jump, the Kawarau Bridge, where one of our new friends were doing a jump! we watched her and several others from bus jump, and then suddenly FECK ITT, me and steph were jumping off the bridge, merely attached to string and towelling! the driver aggreed to stay later for us to do it, and s took ages to jump after being distressed, so i felt like i had to jump, and my exact words were, after the countdown: 1..2..3.." I CANT f***KKING DO THISSS *JUMP*! it was wicked, and making your self jump off a high bridge over a river was great! i was left hanging upside down from rope, as steph too busy watching me from rescue boat, that she didnt get out, so had to wait for that til the got me down! but i was so proud myself afterwards, i felt like i achieved so much more than the sky dive, i didnt enjoy it as much but im so scared heights a bungy jump was something i was never ever going to do in my life, so to do it i achieved so much, and was soo bloody proud myself!
the rest few days in queenstown was awesome, got drunk ofcourse. the best place was 'the world bar' where your drinks are served in teapots and your pour into shot glasses and drink from there! queenstown was stunning and easily favourite place of NZ! - -CHRISTCHURCH: basically, CRAPPY! Literally just a place to fly out of! oh, did see some shockingly blatent prostitutes, living to the stereotype of hanging on street corners. i was ashamed for them!
AND... FLY OUT! gutted to leave New Zealand, as i loved it so much, didnt have ebough time by far and already looking forward to going again!
again guys, sorry for the delay, but i am seriously missing you guys and now its not far away, i cant wait to come home. looking forward to it so much! but til then, im gunna have more fun times, and ofcourse get drunk!
Laterrrrss all!
