Started the day with scuba theory in the classroom and our final exam. It all went well - I think! In the afternoon it was time to jump on the boat and go out to sea! We put all our equipment together on the boat and put our wetsuits on, neither of us felt nervous. After jumping in we had to begin our descent to 12m, at first I couldn't equalise my ears and it really hurt but after a few minutes my ears popped and I joined the rest of the group on the seabed. We spent 40 minutes swimming around inbetween corals, saw some amazing bright coloured fish. We had to practice emergency skills on the seabed such as procedures if you run out of air or if someone else does. We returned to the surface for a rest, some water and a snack. We moved to a different dive site for our second dive to 16m, the second dive was as good as the first. We saw a lot more fish and coral reefs, the colours are just amazing.
