Currently sitting sipping a beer in the airport. Nearly 11.30pm local. What did I ever enjoy about flying!? It was horrendous! Well maybe not horrendous but definitely not my cup of tea! Must be getting old! Singapore Airlines much over rated. Can't wait for the next leg! Not! To be fair we really should have had a stopover on the way. And also to be fair, we didn't have a really good seat.
Changi airport is unbelievable! It is literally huge! I will post photos later but at the moment I am having to use the iPod so can't upload. Just paid SG$11.90 for a pint and $5.10 for an OJ! But wireless is free. It took us nearly 20 minutes to walk from our terminal arrival area to the main shopping area! And we used the travellators for some of that! Dad is really flagging now. It is around 02.45 back home so can't really blame him. We are really looking forward to getting to our hotel!!! But wait! There's still 9 hours to go. Aghh! Catch you later.
