First up....HUGE congratulations to you both!!!!! Second up....feeling very old - our little Laura from up the road is all grown up and a big DOCTOR....scary!! It looks and sounds a fabulous experience and the bits that are not about work you both truly deserve....so ENJOY!!
Just back to work today after a few days skiing - Any improvement not noted!! Fell off the same button lift TWICE!! and the long arduous embarrassing cross country ski back was very LONG, ARDUOUS AND HORRIBLY EMBARRASSING!! Did some horrid red runs badly the first two days and fell over so many times I cant even remember which tumble provided me with a bruise on my leg the size of a small grapefruit...is that a contusion to those of you in the business?? Day three however restored confidence and a technique of sorts and will no doubt encourage me to put my body through similar trauma again next year.
Keep well and safe you guys - tips for the treatment of second degree bruising all very welcome!!!
Much love - Jane

All very proud of you both, can't wait to celebrate with you when you get back, but in the meantime, hope you have a few celebratory drinks on your own. The hospital sounds like an experience - almost like Stoke Mandeville but with better decor!!

Hi Laura and Chris.
Many, many congratulations to you both on passing your final exams - everyone here is so pleased for you. It must be such a relief to you they are over. What an exciting adventure you are having now in Tonga - sounds like you are making some good memories and not working too hard! Just what you need.
This is wonderful to be able to hear what you are up to - technology is fab.
Nick has spent the day here with Ben and two other friends from school, James and Ash. They played snooker (just for a change) this morning and then basketball this afternoon. They had fun together.
Well, sunny but still chilly here, thinking of you sunbathing on those lovley beaches - enjoy yoursleves.
Love from us all here,
Kim, Pete, Dominique, Joe and Ben XXXXX

Michael Kilbey
Dear Doctors
I think you should educate them on how to work a full day, might be more productive!! If not, then I am sure that rather than sunbathing you would rather find the local DIY store, purchase some paint and slap some on the walls.
Seriously, have great fun and check your shoes for insects before putting them on!
Love
Michael (Kipper)
(PS. You should heed the advice of your housekeeper and go to church on Sunday)
