We have just looked through your amazing photo's - brilliant, but Mum says to stay away from the cliff edges and that you wouldn't get her on a Tonga Airways plane. It's certainly been an experience you will never forget and at such a happy and care free time. Winnie's looked like a palace compared to your last night's accomodation - weren't you lucky!
Enjoy Sydney and everything that follows. Take care - Lots of love.

I don't think I read the email when you went telling us about this site so I only knew about it from your email last week, I'm really sorry!Congratulations on your results, thats brilliant! Sounds like you're having a great time and getting away with doing very little work... would have thought you'd had organised the doctors into doing a bit more Laura!! Hope you've got all Sarah's recommendations for Oz she got back on Tuesday and I've seen lots of her pics and it looks gorgeous! I have some good news, got a job for September in the school I did my second placement in Pitsea, was really pleased as its a brilliant school in a really rough area which is exactly what i wanted! Hey Laura and Chris!! I just your email Laura and had completely forgotten about this site - doh! I've had a lot of fun the last hour or so catching up on all your diary entries and the messages posted. CONGRATULATIONS to both of you on passing your exams, you must be so pleased and excited about the future, I was convinced you'd both do really well. It's such good news. It sounds amazing over in Tonga, it makes me nostalgic about the cook islands as it sounds really similar; the laid-back almost falling over lifestyle, the friendly people, everything shutting completely on a sunday for church and such quiet unspoilt beaches. Have a brilliant time, i'll be thinking of you catching those rays!! Lots of love Jules xxxx p.s. i'll send an email with some tips for Oz

Hi Laura & Chris!
Thank you for the message on our board, and of course, congratulations to both of you! Sounds like you´re having a really fantastic time, much more laid back than our trip (although we have just been wine tasting in Chile today so life is not so bad....).
Hope you enjoy the rest of your work there, see lots more lovely fish and hope Oz treats you well too.
Keep reading our website and we´ll keep reading yours!!

Hello Laura & Christopher, As we cannot write letters to you at the moment we have taken advantage of Michael's offer to use his computer (under protest !). Congratulations to you both, we were absolutely delighted to get your news in Salisbury High Street and have been telling everyone who will stop and listen to us of your success. We are even receiving congratulations ourselves, we are certainly very proud, but not sure how much we contributed apart from our love and encouragement. We have been pleased to hear your news and it sounds a beautiful place, such a pity about the poverty although wealth will lose the charm that you have enjoyed. We wish you all the best for the future and hope the rest of your trip will be just as enjoyable. Good luck to you both. Look after yourselves. Love from Nanny & Grandad x x x x

Well how jealous are we, you seem to be having a fantastic time and already being given the chance of a week off!! You're just making us look forward to our holiday even more-just over a month away. We think you'll be hooked on the diving- such a fabulous experience and if you are anything like David he's always looking out into 'the blue' in the hope of seeing more sharks - a real thrill when you do see them but always so much else underwater that you are never too disappointed if you don't see any. Hope the ocean is a warm as getting into a warm bath - bliss.
Great to hear you are both having a wonderful time. Love J&D
Carrie
Hi,
Glad you're actually having to do a bit more work this week, didn't like the idea of you getting off too lightly! It's supposed to be my holidays and I'm still having to go to school! Not that I mind really, the kids are all lovely! Think there's a problem your end with the photos cos none of us seem to be able to access them. A lot of disappointed people, you know what dad's like with photos! Anyway suppose I should go and get on with some work but we'll email later tonight.
Have fun.
Lots of love Carrie, x x x
Sarah

First off let me add my congratulations to both of you on passing your finals - no mean feat so well done. Glad to hear you're settling in to island life after that mammoth journey. Very jealous of the location as it sounds wonderful - maybe less so of the karaoke and dancing though ;-) Anyway have a fantastic time and mind you don't drop anything sharp or heavy on your feet - flip flops indeed!! Lots of love Miff XXX

Hello Chris and Laura
Glad you have got settled in to Tonga and enjoying the slow pace. I suppose you have both got used to the fact that you are Doctors now, it must be a great feeling we are all so proud of you. Hope you enjoyed your night out and weren't too much under the influence with your beers and Kava! The Gray family are in Perth but I've no doubt John and Vivien will be keeping you well informed. Enjoy yourselves it'll pass so quickly. Look forward to seeing you on your return.
Lots of love Granny xxxx
