WOOO im also up for the Thailand trip that sounds amazing definately nice and relaxing! Claire last week there was specials on bbc news about invasive species in northern ireland!!! lol how random!
Trying to get everyone out for a night out the beach club (dont prejudge!) are having an ENERGY 106 night OMG to say im excited is a complete understatement, a chance to dance to im a superstar and behave like a steek legitimately! however NO-ONE is up for it, even adam has shunned his steek ways. seems people have grown out of drinking dutch gold - not me however think it might just me pg rozzie and i dancing big fish little fish....... and downing shots of goldslagger bring it on!
Oh and im SOOO jealous you got tickets id love to see the hakka (probably spelt completly wrong) and all those yummy rugby players please take photos!!

Fulty
Im back. lol. Yeah I love getting a good slagging, good to know more people are bouncing on the bandwagon, ill take one for the team - im good like that, i bring people together :). Hope your not expecting posts from G anytime soon, that boy is up to his eyeballs in uni guff, expect a comment in a few weeks. lol.
Aye parlour, old skool, it hasnt changed, its still alot of bag like, and what bouncer doesnt let someone in after blowing chunks, i mean it was pretty clear there was nothing left in me, it was on the pavement...so whats the problem!?
Claire - I love that thailand idea you have whopped together a few posts down! Slim chance though as Nigel is so convincingly leading the Green and White Army to the land of spears, lions and funny accents (i shud work for their tourist board lol). Also i have a webcam (no comment please), but i dont have this wonderful thing called skype, although ive heard people talk about it. I shall look into that!
Yeah man that job sounds whopping, something to look forward to when you come back too. I need some new employment, I sit in work and imagine elbow dropping different people all day, pow pow oh yeah, cant be healthy lol.
Ok speak soon.... Oh actually ill not be on for a few days, im avoiding everything champions league, including united supporters talking about how awesome football is wap wap wap bla bla....boring, im not even watching it. So ill wait a few days for it all to pass, youz normally have short memories so about 2 days shud do it lol.
Sam/dad
Me for one! Make sure you haven't ate any garlic before you go to the match as the Kiwi crowd might think you are froggies.
Chris & Claire
We just got tickets to the All Blacks V France in Wellington on June 20th!!
Who's jealous?
Christine/mum
Chris/Claire,
Was just wondering what had happened to all the gang as it was so quiet. I thought the enivitable had happened - the sums on the message board had got too hard and B was running a tutoring course in Maths to get them through!
Safe travelling, enjoy your adventures. See you on Skype soon.
Mum
p.s. Come on United, (European Champions)
Claire
Yoooo even mum is startin with the Fulton slaggin! nice one. aye no penguins so far but lots of them to come hopefully. we are on the west coast now and the weather the last few days has been beautiful. really crisp and frosty in the morning and sunny but cool through the day. mum, youd love it and i have all these plans that you and papa bear should come here and get a caravan out for a few weeks... something to think about... after the kitchen gets done.
oh if any of you guys have skype, or have a webcam/mic - then get skype and we can chat online and you can see our beautiful faces... for free!! we've done it with the folks a few times and its really cool. either that or another phone call. from 1st june onwards, the rest of the time we're in New Zealand we will be able to recieve calls for free so ring anytime you want. it was soo cool chatting to you.
oh and julie, yes you gotta get out here! you've got free accommadation for some of it, why wouldnt you!! or if everyone doesnt go to South Africa next year then a 2week jobbie in Thailand??? how about it, a big group hol would be swellegant! oh yea and us lotr geeks have been loving NZ, we bought the lotr location guide and plan to visit some of the filming locations...losers!
Talk to you all soon hopefully, the message board has been quiet for a while and its lovely to hear from you on these chilly nights (though this hostel gives free hot choc pudding too to entertain us instead).
Love Claire xx
Chris
Susan it seems you've started a chain reaction, good work! We've got c really cool, easy to drive, automatic car now and adventure is just the word to use to describe how we feel right now about the next 7 weeks!
Fulton and Julie - thanks for the congrats, I cant believe it like, still trying to get my head round it. It's at that security clearance application stage but as ye there's been no indication there'll be any problem holding it for me to get back! fingers crossed.
we're seriously loving that yas are all heading out together, and to be honest, we really do miss the nights out, a lot! though we are loving it here too. and here, the parlour! old skool! good work fulton though, hope to see more of that side of ya when i get back. on the getting back note, there's an ni friendly 2 days after our return, perfect time to get reacquainted! then my family told me the other day the continental market is back that week. we reckon beer tent on the friday! HA!
also fulton, we saw a past and future you in the last few weeks! in sydney zoo there were these things that surely must be your ancestors...they're called pelicans...they hade GIANT BAKES! must be family. we also saw a truck the other day on our first NZ road trip that said 'Fulton Hogan'...we reckon that's gonna be your wrestling name once all the gym work pays off. at least it'll get ya away from spreadsheets!
right must go, claire wants to write something.... oh before i do, im going to a sports bar at 630am on thursday morning in nelson, new zealand, in the desperate hope of seeing history in the making! COME ON REDS! 2-1 United aet, i agree with ye da! CHAMPIONS IN EUROPE!
Julie
Hi guys - as susan says it has been a while ive also been busy. unlike adam its a bank holiday so im off (us civil servants work so hard the rest of the time we deserve to be off) Here chris, benson and adam were telling me about the job well done!! thats amazing soon youll have the civil service perks to look forward too as well! Fulty
First off, Newcastle are down - wonder fm opportunity!! Sorry havnt been on here in ages, busy as something not wise at the minute. Moorso, heard the good news about your wonder job your taking on your return, all i can say is "get the f*** in" lol, no doubt offexploring will block my swear word there because its a hero but i dont care i wrote it anyway because im hard!...heres another.. f***!
I like to see youz are jumping on the Julie bandwagon in the bird - penguin slagging! I never seen happy feet so how was i meant to know what they were? lol. me, gibb, b, phil, karen & Tams were all hit the parlour on saturday. I produced some magic as usual with a dissapearing act around 12 or so. Unfortunately there was no magic behind it, the poor truth was i felt ill after a bottle of wine, cruised outside to get some air, blew chunks in front of the bouncer and then tried to get back in. Ill let you guess what his reply was... taxi for fulton! Good night up to then though.
Good to see yuz are still having a good time, and im especially glad to see some winter clothing on you both, its comforting to know it rains in other places!! well have to arrange another ringing, the last one i got well stroked, i got like 20 seconds then the magpies (gibb, julie, tams, kaz, b etc) came and swarmed my phone, what was that about! lol.
Here contrast time again, its a bank holiday - means since im not offexploring, i should at least be off work. So am i? NO IM NOT, its 10.25 and ive just heard the line - "Adam have you finished that spreadsheet yet, we need it now". Im in the mood to slap all round me!
On that note ive a spreadsheet to start, oopps. Ill be on later to see if you have replied. Laters.
Susan/mum
Your photos are great. Nice firework shots but its a pity you didn't get a few pics of Sydney harbour bridge and the opera house while you there!
At least if you have sorted out a car there will be no problem getting anywhere you want and your NZ adventure can start properly.
Glad you sorted out the penguin problem for your mates - where are they all by the way?
Hope the weather picks up for you and you get used to the cold. It was lovely and warm here yesterday - must have been the summer. XX
Claire
Yea i had good fun on my birthday, the waterpark was a little chilly but good fun racing down all the slopes. there were some seriously scary waterslides too. Sya hi to nanny as well and tell her i need one of her hot whiskeys to warm me up - its soo cold here in New Zealand. x
Stuart
Did you have a good day at the water park on your birthday? Nanny is here with me and sends all her love.
