Just to keep you informed. I have been to the hospital today and guess what? I am in plaster for 3 months! And can't put my foot down for another 4 weeks at least!!!!! But still no pain so I suppose that's good. I'll just have to make do with Steve waiting on me hand and foot for a bit longer - what a shame!! Ha!

ANYWAY alan came up from cornwall so me him & pete went to watch burnley on sky at mullards & i got BLATHERED. i only had 6 pints how pathetic is that! even amy is calling me a lightwieght & me a former beer baron of burnley. mum says its coz i'm an old git, but i reckon i,m out of practise, bly got beat 3-2 by the way. went to see craig on sunday, their singer has left the group, (he didnt last long did he). so phil & craig are thinking of moving to liverpool coz they reckon thats where the real SCENE is happening. chris, leeds are now up to 6, unbeaten & on 20 points. rt thats enough from me i have to get some beer practice in. ta ra luv 2 u both.

Chris i am feeling your passion for the sea, it is one of my favorite places ever. I love the freedom you feel from swimming in the sea. Make sure you get hold of one of those under water disposable cameras for oz!

Debs found another possibility for you for some work on your return. It would be doing some freelance pieces for our communications dept but the guy in charge has many years as a journalist under his belt!

Went ice skating with ross and imy on thursday, imy 1st fall slide along on her chin, 2nd did the splits 3rd in casualty for hours!!! I fell but they didn't see so i pretend it never happened.

Currently just waiting for a bus to take us back to Ho Chi Minh City (we left it for 2 days and came to a beach resort - Mui Ne) but i wanted to say hello! Got loads of stuff to tell u for the next blog.....and some of the best pics yet! Not got time till at least next thur to do it tho i dont think - boarding a 3 day boat trip tomorrow that takes us along the mighty mekong delta and into Cambodia! Thought i'd fill u in, will report a beefy one end of week then.

Apologies for not coming on but I haven't had the chance - you know with my foot and all!! I am good though, haven't really had much pain which is good! Gotta go back on 30th to have stitches out, so will know more then! - Stephen had a great time whilst I was in hospital - taking his sledge hammer to everything in our house, so he can rebuild it! Ha! Ha!

Hey folks hope all is well, loving reading what your up to, getting me all excited about hitting the road again in a month!! Works becoming a drag, but its a nice reminder to make the most of our last few months travelling before we're back home working permanently!! I reckon your heading to Cambodia soon?? You'll love the temples if your heading up to Siem Reap. Try getting hold of a tuk tuk driver that'll drive you to and from the temples, if you hire them for more than 1 day they'll pick you up from your hotel and drop you back - at a bargain price! Needless to say they don't have meters!!! Hope you enjoyed Mui Ne, we didn't see much of it, the weather was bad when we arrived so we only stayed a night. Take care the pair of ya! Seems like its only right to whack one of these faces on my message...
