Hi, Really jealous of your trip so far (especially Machu Picchu & Easter Island).
But it is probably best you were out of all countries before they were out of the world cup
Remember though even in New Zealand (which can be straight out of Miss Marple) you are Pakeha !
Enjoy this part of trip (but remember bridges were meant for crossing not jumping off)
All the best

Well goodbye South America and hello New Zealand. We are so proud of you Amy.As you so rightly say it truly has been a baptism of fire! What a way to start a round the world trip,so full of fantastic memories, people and places.Good luck in N.Z. WE love, miss you. xxxxxxxxx

Off to New Zealand today then!! Now we're all really jealous. You can practice your Haka on the 15 hr flight over there. Don't forget the Eng-er-land QF is 4pm BST next Saturday. I guess that will be the early hours of Sunday morning for you. Will you get up (or still be up!!), or are you a part-time, lightweight, jump on the bandwagon type of supporter?! Hope the "nutters" leave you alone on the plane. Talk soon xx

Dear Amy. You little minx, you've been at it.After all my warnings. Drinking alcohol, speaking to strangers. Just wait till you get home! We have the delousing spray ready an extra strong deodorant,a tub of disenfectant in the garden with a hard scrubbing brush. A bonfire for all your grotty undies and the fire brigade on standby in case of spontaneous combustion! In spite of eveything enjoy your life. Sending my love. Your Gran. xxxxx P.S. You are missing out on seagull spotting on Rodbourne tip. Your loss!!

Hi babe, excellent reading, you make me curl. Your horseback riding story is fantastic. Were you walking like John Wayne for a day or so afterwards? I'm impressed that you clung on to the gallop, I'm sure it was a fast canter really but lets not spoil the moment. If you feel like enhancing your riding skills when you get back, I know a lady who can help. I have my last level of my course at the end of this week, cant wait. Soon there will be no stopping me! yee ha. Tally ho for now
Simon
It wasn't a strip club, it was "...the ultimate experience for the discerning gentleman". Okay, it was a strip club!! And I did know where to look, thank you; at the bar prices!! I remember when a pint of beer was less than £1..................Mind you, I shouldn't complain as Vicki bought my drink anyway!! Drank it as slowly as possible whilst my contact lenses steamed up!!

Hello my lovely. Sorry I didnt reply Friday - I'd sloped off home with a hangover from hell by the time u sent ur email!
I also feel I need to apologise for not posting you any messages lately - I kept meaning to but wanted to do a proper long good one and never had chance do to more than a quick hello. It's been real manic here for the last week or so - tho not particularly exciting and don't have anything to report.
I'm off to Fuerteventura tomorrow morning - 7am flight. Only a cheap and cheerful job to get a bit of sunburn and food poisoning - proper british hol.
I have had a quick look at your site/updates and was horrified to hear about the tear gas! You just seem so matter of fact about it all - you're a mentalist but I love you for it. Just be careful, I get worried about you and scary stories like a stoner trying to break into your room... !!
We did drag them into a strip club - it was soo funny, Brownie didn't know where to look. (Sorry Simon!)
It wasn't the same without u out, and I'm not just saying that - I really mean it. We had drinks at mine sat night and ended up in walkabout and I really noticed you not being there.
Will write again when I'm back from hol - take care and keep all your amusing stories and lovely pics coming.
Love u, miss ur smile and crazy 'woo yeahs'
