After a long sleepless journey on a plane full of screaming kids I arrived in Rio yesterday evening! What an amazing city... The scenery is stunning with cloud shrouded mountains surrounding it. Staying a short walk from Copacabana beach in a fairly basic hotel (def not Claridges darling) but its all good! Met the first chap in my group this morning so we ventured off for lunch then went up sugar loaf mountain which was pretty breath taking and a fitting location...
