Ahh, man. Fine ok, its been a long time since I have updated this blog, so here goes!

Right, ok, firstly in the Activity category I have to put "Other" as there is no option for drinking yourself senseless on cheap beer and wisky :-) Which is pretty much all I have been doing since I entered Thailand on 16th Feburary.

Well, to get here I come straight from Penang, which took a ridiculous 23 hours to travel about 300km. But I think we just had f***ing useless agency and equally useless driver who kept on getting us pulled over for speeding, making us late for the last ferry from Surat Thani on the South East coast of Thailand to Koh Phangan. So we ended up sitting around for about 7 hours in Surat Thani drinking lots of cheap beer, and by cheap I mean heavenly cheap!! 60p for a large 660ml bottle of Chang, its f***ing crazy stuff when you have a few, weighing in at 6.4 percent, every alcholhics wet dream :D

But anyway, after a few of these we stumble onto the night cargo ship to Koh Phangan, which takes 3 times as long as a passenger ferry and as the name suggests ment we had to share the boat with vegitables, meat, beer (oh no! :p) and materials. Absolutely hilarious though, there wer so many backpackers on the top deck just finding somewhere to sleep and then drinking there asses off with all the cheap alchol they discovered whilst on the mainland.

Ok but anyway in Koh Pangan I had a pretty amazing time, I arrived there on 17th Feburary with a Malaysian girl who lives in Penang who wanted to come to the world famous Full Moon Party. We stayed at a place called Harmony Beach Resort, which seemed pretty upmarket for a backpacker. We had our own room, running shower, toilet that although didnt flush, wasnt a squatty, pure luxury! We even had the toilet roll supplied! There was also our own kiack outside which I used to float in the sea, which was great because there was a bar by the water as well which I kept on paddling to, paradise!

Anyway, at one point the room I had i ended up sharing with 3 women (lucky :d), the Malay one, her friend who came a few days before the end, and a girl from Belgium who I had been speaking to on the internet for a while. They then left and then I spent the last two days of my trip sharing with someone I met at 'Love Lane' in George Town, Penang.

The actual FMP itself was f***ing amazing, I felt like I had just landed in heaven. Everywhere you turn there was beer, and physodelic trance blaring out onto the beach. And this party just doesnt stop, it still went on through sunsrise and into the day, absolutely amazing! although I was pretty ill from all my beer drinking weeks before hand (I realised one day I didnt drink anything but beer, opps) I still managed to rave through the night!

I also rented a bike as well and travelled around the island, which is a scary thing to do. At one point I had to overtake a row of elephants who were just walking down the road, eeeep. Oh I also come off my bike as well on a dirt track and shaved off some of my left arm, thy and leg and most of one side of the bike, whoops. But we were all good, first aid kits come in handy!

All in all, a pretty amazing time. I havent said even 10 percent of what I have been up to, but too be honest, my beer is getting warm with all this typing and I really cant be assed. So I will save all this talk when I bore you all to death when I come home :p

I am technically in Krabi now, which has been f***ing hilarious even after only one day. I think I will be rock climbing tommorow and kiacking around james bond island the next day, then who knows :-) here back from me in a few days!
