Most probably a combination of dehydration, altitude and wine, Andrea spent most of the night and following morning fighting a horrendous headache. Luckily, we had enough time to move our agenda back a bit to allow the morning for recovery.
Without reservations we made a drive towards the town of Lolol on search of an olive oil mill. When once again our directions were turning out to be a little shaky, we weren't too bothered because the drive itself was worth it. Pulling into a tiny mill, we thought for sure we were in the wrong spot so we kept going. Deciding we had gone far enough, we turned back to have a tour at the family owned, award winning mill.

Vino Bello, one of the most recommended restaurants in Santa Cruz is where we had a delicious dinner of osso buco, lasagna, salad and a berry crumble.
