Hello, We are back in Concepcion from yesterday night, we travelled from Valdivia where we stayed the night. The photos downloaded today shown some of the many lakes we visited and the beautiful Petrohue´s Falls which do not shown the real magnitude of the place. Hello We had a wondeful day yesterday,friday 7th. We went on a tour of Puyehue NAtional PArk organized by the Hotel. We visited 3 beautiful Water Falls- El Salto del Puma, El Salto de los Novios y el Salto del Indio- all of them inside the National Park, we walked several miles to reach them, one by one. We travelled bording the Calafquen Lake,to Panguipulli Lake which is another large lake very accesible by road, from there we took the Ruta Sur which is a good motoway, our destination been " Puyehue Thermal Resort" We arrived just before 20.0pm and we found that the Hotel did not have rooms available due to two Conferences/Seminars. Hello,everybody Yesterday, we visited " Los ojos del Caburga" which are water cascades, near the Caburga Lake. Beautiful place on one side of a small mountain with plenty native trees, we were able to go down to a "Mirador" from where we could see the pool at the bottom of the cascades, the colour- esmerald green- which made a great contrast with the blue colour of the river where the water finally ends.
