Hey Guys!! have been having an absolute blast over here!!have decided to finally drag ourselves off the beach to keep u updated on what we are up to!!! we are in surfers paradise at the mo!!the weather is perfect!!really hot and sunny!been playing cricket on the beach this morning with some guys from r hostel! after sydney we visited a place called Barrington Tops!it was slightly inland from the coast so we were off the beaten track and in hte sticks!the scenery was absoluty by far the most breathtaking we have seen yet in oz!at barrington tops we went night white water rafting which wsa awesome!we managed to find our way down the olympic water rapids with the equivalent of a glow worm on our helmets!! we were treated to an outdoor hot tub which was heated by a fire to warm us up!)the combination of hot water and very cold goone prooved to be a bad combination!!(was a very messy nght 4 chessh-as well as falliong into the hot tub and colliding in full sprint with a vollyball net)!! then we headed with banging headaches the next day to the coast (Creasent Head)-this is where we had sufing lessons(and i swear the teacher said me and rach were the best surfers-we were standing no probs)!! our surfing instructor Kimbo was Halarious!!(would tell u all the funny story but think it may come out wrong!!!!!!!) Byron Bay was r next stop where we headed to the most eastern part of oz-saw dolphins in the water as we enjoyed the spectacular views!!!then we headed to nimbin where drugs are legal!random!and finally we made it to Surfers Paradise!!we are going zorbing tomorrow!!should be great fun!!!promise we'll keep it updated again soon!!! lots of love chessh and rach x x x x
