flew to Cairns with Emily & Kate who I met in Melbourne and stayed here for a week. Had a few lazy days in the sunshine then me & Emily took a 1nt trip to Cape Tribulation which was good. It took in a cruise along the Daintree River which was a bit disappointing as we only saw one crocodile and that was from a distance, although maybe that was for the best! After that we went for a walk through the rainforest before arriving at our accomodation for the night. ...

After missing my domestic flight from Sydney i arrived in Melbourne. I enjoyed it last time I was in Oz so wanted to make a point of coming back and I enjoyed it even more this time! I spent 8nts here in total. I took a trip along the Great Ocean Road which was fab, en route we visted a few bays, sheaok waterfall and walked through the rainforest. I also decided to take a helicopter over the 12 apostles which was great. It's a really sporty city - so decide...

spent 3nts here - again was very relaxing! Went on a day trip snorkelling around the island. The sea was very choppy to begin with which made me feel a bit ill, but calmed down not long after...which was a relief! After the snorkelling we got taken to Nangyuan Island where the beach was amazing! It was Laurens 21st birthday today, so in the evening we all headed for a meal and then went clubbing after - can't say i felt too good the next day! Back in Bang...

had 2nts in Koh Samui - staying on Bophut beach - not much to tell you about what I did here apart from lay on Chaweng Beach which was much nicer than where we stayed. In the evening we all headed to the main area and had dinner then we were all going to see a ladyboy show, but i wasn't feeling too good so went back to our hotel - a few of the others went and apparently it was really good - bit gutted i missed it.

after a 12hour train journey in which the disco cart was heaving (!) and 2 hour bus ride- (which was standing room only for about an hour!) we finally arrived in Khao Sak National Park. The day we arrived we went tubing down the river which was a good laugh and also vistited the National Park - it was just like trekking all over again!
