We stayed 1nt at the Mojo Surf Camp in Arrawarra. The afternoon we got there we had a lesson...see the picture above, that's how good I was....NOT! I failed miserably, I couldn't even stand up! In the evening we played a few drinking games which everyone was up for, little did we know that the losers would have to do the dishes...yep you guessed it I was on the losing team, although I didn't have to do the dishes, I had to clean out the bins instead.....

Stayed in Byron Bay for a week and had a great time. It was also nice to be in one place for more than a few nights! Had a few chilled out days on the beach as you do! Also met up with Katie who I met in Thailand, she lives not far from Byron so it was nice to catch up with her. After what was gonna be a quiet last night in Brisbane ended up in us getting back to the hostel at 4am...our bus to Surfers Paradise left at 6.45am, you can probably imagine we weren't feeling great!  Within an hour of being on the bus, we stopped off to go Zorbing - this was so much fun, even with a hangover!  Basically there's 3 of you that get in a giant ball which is filled with a bit of water and you just roll down the hill!!  Once is...

I was looking forward to getting back into a City for a while, however I found 3nts in Brisbane long enough.  The southbank area is really nice along by the river and also the nightlife, but I didn't need any longer here! 

Left Hervey Bay and headed to Noosa.  On the way down we stopped off at Rainbow beach where I tried my hand at playing the didgeridoo...can't say i was very good!  Arrived in Noosa and stayed here 3nts, however I really wish i'd stayed longer here now.  I had such a good time.  The hostel was really nice and lively and just overall I had a great time!  From here we hired a car and drove to Australia Zoo to pay our respects to...
