Kings. Canyon, Northern Territory

Spent the night under the stars in a sleeping bag, another early start 5.00. Did a 6k hike around kings canyon, some areas were very steep. Only 2 months ago a 23 year old from England fell off and impaled herself on a tree. (She died). Long bus journey back to Alice Springs (5 hours). Today is the last day of the northern territory tour

Walked right the way around Uluru, 10 km after watching the sun rise. In the evening went to a star viewing where we looked at the stars and milky way through a telescope

Today was a free day which meant we could do what we wanted. We went to the local market then to the Flying Doctors headquarters. Temp got to 41c so we spent the afternoon by the pool

Drove from Tennant creek to Alice Springs, another 500km. Stopped at the Devils Marbles which are round boulders jn the middle of the outback. Arrived in Alice springs, went to a casino in the evening. I won 55 dollars on roulette and 7 dollars on the slot machine s
