Hey, sorry it's been so long but we've been extremely busy and done so much that we've had no time to write about it! we spent about a week in Auckland but mainly relaxed and did a lot of going to the cinema, clubs and drinking coffee!! were really happy to get out of the city and see some of the country! on our first bus we stopped off at hot water beach where you can dig yourself a little hot pool in the sand, absolutely boiling! then we went to cathederal cove which is where they filmed some of Prince Caspian and it was so pretty affter the hike down there! the next day we went to Rotourua and we went to a Maori evening at a reconstructed traditional Maori village and they put on performances and we had the hugest meal ever! it was a really good night! the next day we went to Waitiomo which is famous for its gloworm caves, on the way we stopped off in the town which is now known as hobbiton, but there's just a sign and a statue of gollum there really! we also went to a farm show and felt very at home with all the breeds of sheep from suffolk! and we saw the most hilarious thing when we went to a rabbit shearing place and they tie up the rabbits little arms and legs and shear it like a sheep, so weird! Once we got to Waitomo we did a little tour of the caves and went on a boat ride through all the glow worm tunnels which was really amazing! After Waitomo we went to taupo and stayed there for a week but Leti will tell you all about that, got up to some crazy things there! ive probably forgotten loads but that's the general gist of it!

i had a few problems trying to get pictures onto this site but you'll be pleased i've put a few on facebook, most of the Australia pics have been burned onto a disk so i'll try putting some of them up soon but there's just a few recent ones on there for now!
