We had an early start (ish) and took a cab to the harbour front to catch the train to Sentosa Island. Last time Tony and I came here 5 years ago there were a few touristy sites but the island was largely untouched but cared for and we remember it as quiet and beautiful. After a disturbed night due to loud music from the disco below, and trying to get hold of folks back home, Tony spent the morning ringing around other hotels to see if there were any vacancies. The Chinese New Year celebrations are due to be launched here in a big way tomorrow so the only rooms available were very, very much more expensive than this one. We enjoyed a quiet morning at our resort before the speed boat and minibus trip back to Krabi Airport where we picked up a flight on Coconut Airways (sorry, Tiger Airways).
