Many doors have opened because of the OCC shoeboxes; now we are encouraged to come in to rural areas and help people
Pastors who were once persecuted are now part of community advisory teams
Currently about 5-6000 believers in Hanoi, a city of 7 million.
"If the church doesn't follow up on new believers, I promise you the party officials will."
