Dear Friends,
The group had a wonderful time yesterday, starting with Mc Donalds for breakfast! They then travelled for around 4 hours on a bus to Mysore for an adventurous day.
In the grounds of Mysore Palace after absorbing all the history (built in the 19th century) they rode elephants and camels and continued sight seeing with many hagglers trying to sell them goods and chattles. I'm sure the photos you'll see on their return will be magnificent.
Apparently after the camel ride Jeremy alighted saying "I now know why they call this place My sore
Please continue to pray for healing for Nathan. I am with him in the hospital and waiting for the results of blood tests and for the doctor to visit. We then need to work on the best way in getting him home. Pray for wisdom for me and for Shaun to do what is best and for God's guidance every step of the way.
Philippians 1:3-9
Nathan and I will stay in Bangalore and the group are travelling today to Delhi and will visit the Taj Mahal.
We have finished all our intentional ministry here in India, but continue to be open to how God uses us and each situation.
I have no doubt that we have blessed many and been a light for Jesus. The students may not realise it, but just their presence and our message of love and hope and many, many prayers have brought comfort and inspiration to many of our sisters and brothers in India.
It is such a privilege to be praying and encouraging our brothers and sisters here in India, midst their suffering and persecution.
I praise God for OM India. They have been a wonderful family and help to us.
The team have been extraordinary. Mums and Dads, your children are exceptional. They are very special and I have enjoyed getting to know them and being with them.
Paul and Wendy have been superb. Paul will continue to lead the group for the rest of their time and adventure in India.
Love to all.
God bless.
Catriona
