We're always told that life is a journey in and of itself, but so many of these journeys just seem to go round and round in circles, treading the same paths, seeing the same sights, never trying anything new or different. I've ventured off the path before, but never so far, and never so completely. I'm a little bit terrified, a little bit excited, and probably completely unprepared for the reality of it all. Only time will tell!
