Hmmmm, me and my friend's family decided to go to Indonesia for a day. It sounds daunting, a free and easy trip there. But being in Singapore, it is a gateway everywhere:) Batam , Indonesia is just 40minutes away via a fast-ferry. For a day tour, we were able to check out the neighbouring country.
