Happy 2009! Two Thousand and Nine! wow! makes me think of when I was a kid and would think to myself 'How old will I be in 2010? how old will I be in 2020?' And now here we are in 2009, and how old am I now? 23 :-) A good age I do think.

I have finally gotten my transcripts from BSU, again I repeat finally! I had to walk those people through the process so many times! First they lost my transcripts, then they never recieved the fax, then they find it, but its still going to be another week...that week has passed, in addition to some days, and they are here. Now you are thinking 'Okay. Good for you Cassi, why do I care?' Well let me tell you. You care because this finally means that I will be going to Korea. Come Monday my whole package of goodies will be sent via Fedex on its merry way to Daejeon! After a few days I should get my invitation visa number and go to the Korean Consulates office in Houston, couple more days to get Visa and jump through some hoops, then I get the email, which tells me when to be at the airport!

Its getting closer and I so so so so so ready to be on my way. The waiting game has taken its toll. Im ready to go meet all of my students, coworkers, and most of all my new home; South Korea.

I can now actually start to feel the butterflies... its starting to become real to me, I have been waiting for this feelings, funny that all it took was a few official transcripts.
