I forgot to mention in that last entry - one animal encounter in Sentosa was obviously not enough for me, so I decided to get up close and personal with a very large albino python! It was actually not as scary as I thought, and really rather cool! One by one I'm gradually overcoming my fears - although I think the day you see me holding a tarantula will probably be the same day you see a pig fly! PS. Well, the good news is that I am now much more taken with Singapore! Things have definitely looked up over the last two days and I am now much happier to be here - obviously it was just the shock of readjusting to traveller life! And so, our first full day of sightseeing in Singapore comes to an end.....and to my disappointment, I'm not that taken with it so far.
