So, Saturday night I´m waiting for the next person who will be sharing my room, and in the middle of the night two girls turn up ' and it turns out that they are both doing volunteer work in Tena, (which is where I´m going) and one of them will be staying in the same accommodation as me!!! ´They only met on the plane too, which is even more spooky...

Hi All! I'm in Ecuador!! The day finally came. This is my third day, but it seems like I've been here forever! I'm having a great time so far. No sooner had I dumped my packed to bursting rucksack than I made a friend - an English girl no less! Her name was Gemma and she was from Sheffield!! It was nice to have someone to hang out with on my first day. We went to the Natural History Museum and a Vivarium as I wanted to freak myself out about the kind of animals...
