Hong Kong is fantastic- such an easy, clean contrast to China! China is a great place but it is very hard to communicate and getting from place to place is a huge effort- Hong Kong is so easy, and we needed that!

The views from "The Peak" on Hong Kong Island are just as the image on here shows- amazing!

We crammed a lot into the 2 days we had here- we stayed on mainland Kowloon (bars, restaraunts and?the famous Temple Street?night market)?and went to Hong Kong Island (which is where the great views are) and also Lantau Island which is where the airport is and also the giant Bronze Buddah at the Po Lin Monasterey.

The weather kind of let us down on our 2nd day- it poured with rain, and made for a very interesting but scary journey up the winding mountain roads to the Po Lin Monasterey!

We loved it here and will definatley be coming back some day!
