Me again with today's football update. This is our excitement at the moment. We can't match yours, although we did have some heavy snow in the south including London, in fact so much that Theo was so excited that he rang me from Nigel's on Sunday morn to tell me to look at my car and the back garden covered in snow! Decided to take a few pictures rather than hug a tree or lay out in it. Glad you came back to a bit of sun after that.

But back to the football... Pompey doing well and will hopefully get into Europe next year. As Maggie said, the Liverpool v Arsenal match was great entertainment but for the fans on each side some unbearable moments - thought we'd lost when Arsenal scored in 86th minute. Just back from Nigel's having seen ManU beat Roma, so we have 3 English teams in the semi finals: Liverpool v Chelsea, ManU v Barcelona.

Hi Carla, Pompey played West Ham last night and won 1-0, they are now only 4 points behind 5th place Everton, we watched a great game of football last night carz, Liverpool v Arsenal, champions league, liverpool won 5-3 aggregate, so bob decided to celebrate and had a beer or 2. Oh by the way carz, the vision i have of you hugging a tree cold and wet will amuse me for a long time, keep them coming, love Maggie.x

Well I met a few Pompey supporters on the tube on the way back from Wembley. I was coming back from the Emirates Stadium (what a fantastic place) having seen Arsenal v Liverpool draw 1:1 which was a pretty good result for Liverpool, but I had to be cool in the company of the Arsenal fans as it was potentially the end of their premiership challenge - now the REALLY important match for both is on Tuesday!

Went out with Caro and James this eve which was lovely. Great to catch up with them together. Life in musical theatre is fun, but challenging as you will appreciate.
